We were engaged by our client to design two separate extensions to this fabulous period Town House together with some internal alterations.
The works comprised of a vertical extension to the existing side addition in order to accommodate two new rooms, a study and guest suite accessed via a new opening on the second floor landing.
A contemporary single storey kitchen and entertaining space was added to the rear, with feature glazed apertures in the new roof and folding sliding doors to connect the inside and outside spaces.
A ground floor WC and Utility Room completed the project, resulting in a sympathetically remodelled well balanced modern family home.
